Court judgments back online after disruption

The Courts Service has now made judgments and determinations available again on its website courts.ie after disruption that began last week.

The courts body says that it has built a "new, more accessible, and secure" service to provide all 22,000 plus judgments, attachments, and determinations to court users.

It has apologised for the disruption and inconvenience caused while the judgments and determinations were unavailable, adding that removing them was unavoidable.

Mobile-friendly

The Courts Service says that the new mobile-friendly service will give court users a different experience.

It warns users who have bookmarked links to individual judgments or determinations on the previous service that these links will need to be updated to point to the relevant pages on the new service.

The body is currently working to upload all judgments that were ready for publication since last Wednesday (21 October) to the new service.

It is asking anyone with any issues with the new service to contact digital@courts.ie.
