Wellbeing summit 2025 on demands of small practice

The 2025 Law Society Skillnet Wellbeing Summit will take place on 7 October.

This year the focus will be on the emotional demands of working in smaller firms.

The event will explore the distinct challenges faced by smaller firms such as professional isolation, managing client expectations, regulatory compliance, and the emotional weight of difficult cases, often without the built-in support networks available in larger firms.

The complimentary online event will offer practical strategies to manage stress, demanding client relationships and discuss how reflective practice groups can offer value support to solicitors.

More information about the speakers and topics will be announced in due course.

The summit is designed by Law Society Skillnet in partnership with Law Society Psychological Services.

This Zoom webinars will be held live and booking is now open.
