Two partners named at HOMS Assist

Law firm Holmes O’Malley Sexton LLP (HOMS) has promoted two of its leading lawyers to become partners in its HOMS Assist division.

Rachael O'Shaughnessy and Sean Fitzgerald specialise in the areas of medical negligence, workplace accidents, and industrial-related diseases.

HOMS Assist has offices in Dublin, Limerick, and Cork.

O’Shaughnessy currently leads the firm’s provision of services to its clients who have been adversely impacted by medical negligence.

Commitment

Fitzgerald heads HOMS Assist’s workplace-accidents team, providing services to victims of injuries within the workplace, and those who have acquired an industrial-related disease during their employment.

“Rachael and Sean, who are nationally recognised experts in their specialities, join us as partners, and this reinforces our commitment to invest and build upon the success of our firm by delivering the highest expertise and legal services for our clients,” said HOMS Assist partner Robert Bourke.
