William Fry LLP has appointed three new partners:
William Fry employs over 500 legal and tax professionals at its offices in Dublin, Cork, London, New York, and San Francisco.
Reputation management
Adele Hall, who has been promoted to partner in the litigation and investigations department, advises Irish and international clients on complex commercial litigation, regulatory and investigative matters, contentious privacy and data protection issues, and defamation and reputation management.
She regularly acts for clients on high-value and strategically significant disputes and complex regulatory processes.
Gavin White, who has been promoted to partner in the corporate/M&A department, advises Irish and international clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private-equity investments, equity fundraisings, joint ventures, and corporate reorganisations.

He has extensive experience advising leading Irish and international businesses on complex and high-value transactions and providing general corporate advice across a range of sectors.
James Cotter, who has been promoted to partner in the corporate/M&A department advises on complex domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including public and private company M&A, corporate reorganisations, and mobility transactions.
