Doyle and Company LLP are currently seeking to recruit a Legal Secretary/Executive to join their team. Doyle and Company is a well-established and medium sized general practice firm with offices in Cabra and Blanchardstown and a finalist at the Irish Law Awards 2021.

They offer a large range of services, including litigation, conveyancing, family law, employment law, wills and probate and commercial work. Doyle and Company LLP have recently incorporated the personal injury practice formerly known as Rory Quigley and Company into their firm.

Role

  • The role is situated at our, Mill House, Main Street, Blanchardstown Office which is a short walk from the Castleknock Train Station. On-street parking is available on Main Street;
  • The role will work closely with one of the firm’s partners, who deals in a full range of general practice areas;
  • The role will have a strong emphasis on progressing personal injury. Litigation files, but will also involve other practice areas as the need arises;
  • The successful applicant will be able to work independently, with appropriate supervision on a personal injury litigation file.

Requirements

The role requires a person who is:

  • Experience in dealing with all aspects of personal injury litigation, including Circuit and High Court procedure;
  • Experience in other legal areas helpful;
  • Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and case management systems;
  • Excellent typing skills;
  • A self-starter, capable of working on own initiative as well as a part of a team;
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with written communication.

Duties:

  • Run all aspects of a personal injury litigation file with appropriate supervision;
  • Managing progress of files through Keyhouse Case Management System;
  • Dealing with Injuries Board applications and court procedures;
  • Audio typing of documents, letters for the partner or fee earner;
  • Ensure that all internal methods, systems, policies and procedures are adhered to;
  • Experience of 3 years' within a general or personal injury practice desirable.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.
