Key Responsibilities

•           Residential Conveyancing — sales, purchases, remortgages, voluntary transfers.

•           Commercial Conveyancing — banking and commercial conveyancing.

•           Probate Administration — extracting Grants, estate distribution, client communication

•           Drafting, reviewing, and advising on all relevant legal documentation

•           Managing files from instruction to completion with a strong focus on client care.

Requirements:

•           Qualified Solicitor with experience in conveyancing and probate.

•           Strong drafting, communication, and organisational skills.

•           Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
