Peter O’Neill joins Fieldfisher as a partner
Fieldfisher has named Peter O’Neill as a partner in its corporate and commercial and renewable-energy law practice.
He joins from Eversheds Sutherland and brings long experience in commercial and corporate law.
His fields include M&A transactions, venture-capital transactions, distribution agreements, and outsourcing agreements, as well as renewable-energy project finance.
Last year, O’Neill led a team advising FuturEnergy Ireland, a joint venture between Coillte and the ESB, on the formation of a long-term strategic framework agreement with Greencoat Renewables PLC for onshore wind projects.
