Get ready for Mental Health and Wellbeing Week

The Law Society is hosting Mental Health and Wellbeing Week for members from 4 to 8 October, in the run-up to World Mental Health Day (10 October).

This will involve a series of online, daily activities for members, with each day dedicated to discussing one mental-health or wellbeing issue.

Activities

The activities will take place via social media (Facebook Live), video, information sessions (Small Business Practice information), and CPD offerings (provided by Law Society Finuas Skillnet).

Topics will include:

  • Back-to-workplace anxiety,
  • Psychological safety,
  • Addiction, and
  • Secondary traumatic stress.

The week will culminate in the much anticipated – and complimentary – Business of Wellbeing Summit on 12 October.

Participants can take part in some or all of the events.
