The Ireland branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators will hold its 49th forum at the Royal Institute of Architects, 8 Merrion Square (north) in Dublin 2, on 5 February at 6pm.

The topic is: “Damages: What Do Practitioners (and Neutrals) Need to Know?”

Speakers include Ben Giaretta who is a partner at heavy-hitting London firm Mishcon De Reya, and barrister Martin Hayden (pictured), who regularly acts for Ryanair.

This event is free, but pre-registration is required. To book, email Arran Dowling-Hussey.

CiArb is the leading qualifications and professional body for dispute avoidance and dispute management, and says it is passionate about “promoting a harmonious society and helping people and organisations avoid, manage and resolve conflict”.
