Whelan Solicitor LLP are currently seeking to recruit a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience. This is an excellent permanent role for an enthusiastic solicitor looking to advance their career within a long established and successful practice.

This role will suit solicitors who have gained good experience with a knowledge of property (residential and commercial) and a strong commitment to developing a career in this area including:

- Investigating titles, drafting contracts and other documentation, raising and replying to requisitions and all work relating to closings;

- Buying and selling of residential and commercial properties;

- Dealing with all financial aspects of transactions;

- Drafting leases, raising and replying to pre lease enquiries;

- Experience in probate law. 

Applicants must be qualified Solicitors and should have:

- Minimum 3 years relevant professional experience;

- Excellent technical and drafting skills and a good eye for detail;

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

- Strong organisational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure that deadlines are consistently met;

- An ability to show a high level of initiative but to work as part of a team;

- A strong work ethic, energy, enthusiasm and be highly motivated.

- Salary commensurate with experience.
