McCartan & Burke Solicitors are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their well-established and busy Dublin City Centre general practice. Established for over 40 years, the practice prides itself on providing a high-quality, personal service to a long-standing client base.

The Role

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload with the assistance of experienced support staff and will work across a broad range of conveyancing and probate matters. 

The role will include handling all aspects of property law, including:

- Investigation of title and planning matters

- Residential purchases and sales

- Remortgages

- Probate and administration of estates

- General conveyancing queries

- Running files from instruction through to completion

- Opportunity to gain valuable experience working on litigation files and broaden knowledge across a wider range of legal matters

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years’ post qualification experience in conveyancing

- Experience handling conveyancing files independently

- Strong organisational and communication skills

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

- Probate and litigation experience advantageous
