Cyril & Co Solicitors is a full-service progressive firm based in Balbriggan Co. Dublin. They have an exciting opportunity available as a result of their ongoing growth and development.

They wish to hire a qualified Solicitor with experience in general practice and defence litigation, with an excellent record of managing a diverse portfolio and running their own caseloads in the District, Circuit, High Court and Court of Appeal, whilst ensure that deadlines are met together with a pragmatic approach to legal issues.

Key skills and competencies:

- Preferably 3 years’ post qualification litigation experience;

- Strong academic credentials and excellent written and communication skills; • District, Circuit and High Court litigation experience;

- Experience in running their own caseload;

- A thorough knowledge of litigation practice and procedures;

- Experience in any of the following areas would be an advantage - immigration law, family law, criminal law and civil litigation;

- The ability to work on their own initiative whilst also being a strong team player;

- Excellent computer skills to include experience in case management systems; • Experience in running their own caseload;

- A thorough knowledge of litigation practice and procedures;

- Are personable and client friendly;

- Are positive and adopt a “can do” attitude.

Salary commensurate with experience.
