Are you an experienced and motivated solicitor with experience in conveyancing and probate seeking your next opportunity?  

O’Reilly Thomas LLP Solicitors is a well-established law firm based in Drogheda dedicated to providing top-tier legal services to our clients. They are seeking to recruit a Solicitor for conveyancing and probate work.  

Key responsibilities

- Managing all aspects of property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and leases. 

- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and financial institutions to ensure smooth completion of conveyancing matters.

- Managing all aspects of probate files.

- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements. 

Requirements 

- The ideal candidate would be a qualified solicitor with at least 1 years’ experience in conveyancing and probate. Would however be open to recruiting a newly qualified solicitor who can demonstrate an ability to manage their own files. 

- Strong knowledge of property and probate law.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Attention to detail and a client-focused approach.

- Familiarity with case management systems in particular Keyhouse would be an advantage.
