Orpen Franks Solicitors LLP is seeking to recruit a Solicitor to join its corporate and commercial team in Dublin 4. 

The role offers an excellent opportunity to immerse oneself in transactional work across mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and a broad range of commercial deals. The successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior colleagues on live transactions from initial instruction through to completion.

Responsibilities will include managing due diligence exercises and data rooms, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, liaising with clients and counterparties, and running completion mechanics. They are looking for a Solicitor with an excellent academic background and a clear interest in corporate and commercial practice. 

The role is pitched at one to two years' post qualification experience, but we are equally interested in hearing from newly qualified solicitors who can point to strong transactional, commercial or corporate exposure during their training. The role is based on site five days a week.
