Greg Winters Solicitors invite applications for the position of a full Receptionist/Legal Secretary for their busy office in Dublin 7.
The successful candidate will have:
- At least 3 years previous experience as a receptionist/legal secretary, preferably in a conveyancing role.
- Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Professional and efficient manner.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing telephone and email enquiries;
- Fast and accurate audio dictaphone typing
- File management, including scanning and photocopying
- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
