W. X. White Solicitors is a well-established law firm based in close proximity to the train services in Portlaoise, Co. Laois. They are seeking a Probate and Conveyancing Solicitor to join their friendly and supportive team.

The role:

- Manage a varied caseload of probate matters from initial instruction through to completion.

- Take will instructions and draft wills.

- Attend court where required.

- Handle files independently with excellent attention to detail.

- Manage residential and commercial sales and property transactions.

- Deal with transmissions of freehold and unregistered titles where required.

About you:

- Able to work independently while providing excellent client service.

- Experience with case management systems is an advantage, but not essential.

- An immediate start is available, although applicants with a reasonable notice period are welcome to apply.
