Meagher Solicitors LLP are expanding their team and are in search of an experienced Litigation Solicitor. They are located in the IFSC, Dublin 1, in order to apply candidates must be able to reliably commute to IFSC, Dublin 1.

The role:

• Requires an experienced litigation solicitor (5+ years post qualification experience).
• Experience in defamation and employment law is preferable but not required.
• Involves managing your own files which will mostly be general civil litigation files (employment, defamation, privacy/GDPR, intellectual property, personal injuries, general contract and commercial disputes).

The candidate:

• Must be highly motivated and confident with the ability to work proactively on their own initiative.
• Must be team oriented and collegiate.
• Excellent communication skills imperative, particularly with clients.
• Must take responsibility for files and ensure that all files are appropriately prioritised.
• Have a good ability to adopt a commercial perspective rather than an 'academic' approach to queries and to be client-focused.

Job types:

• Full time or part-time for a minimum of three days.
