Benville Robinson LLP are hiring for a full time onsite Litigation Solicitor at Bray office, County Wicklow, with a possibility of working one day from home for the right candidate.

Benville Robinson LLP Litigation Department has a varied and busy caseload, including civil and commercial litigation, planning and environmental law, judicial review, maritime and fisheries, licensing, employment law, family law, personal injuries, medical negligence, probate litigation and corporate services. 

Qualifications:

- Qualified solicitor with 3+ years of post qualification experience in litigation (will consider more senior applicants);

- Ideally, experience in several of the litigation team practice areas;

- Advocacy experience;

- Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills;

- Excellent communication skills with an ability to build and maintain client relationships;

- Capable of handling multiple cases effectively and efficiently;

- A strong team player, willing to collaborate and support team members;

- Excellent IT and case management skills.
