H.G. Carpendale and Co. Solicitors is seeking a solicitor to join their well-established, busy general practice based in Dublin City Centre.

The successful candidate will preferably have a minimum of three years post-qualification experience and particular experience in conveyancing and personal injury litigation. The successful candidate will be expected to manage their own cases, largely in both the Circuit Court and High Court, and progress conveyancing files. 

Competencies will include, but are not limited to, the following:

·       A minimum of three years post-qualification experience

·       An in-depth knowledge of litigation procedure and practice

·       Experience in managing your own caseload

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills

·       Exceptional attention to detail

·       Good work etiquette and willingness to learn

·       Strong organisational and time management skills

·       Be willing to participate in business development and enterprise

·       An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
