Justin Hughes Solicitors located in Dublin 7, are currently seeking a part or full time Legal Secretary/Receptionist.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Digital dictation typing, photocopying, scanning and assisting the current team with general administration and running of files.
  • Manage and organise diaries.
  • File management including filing, ensuring safe and efficient handling of confidential data.
  • Working with the firm's solicitors and legal staff in assisting dealings with clients and providing updates where requested to do so.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Outlook.
  • Experience with case management software is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
  • Capable of working on own initiative, having a personable manner and an ability to deal with enquiries and clients as necessary.
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
