MDM Solicitors LLP are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern or Legal Executive to join their banking team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a strong legal background to gain hands-on experience in a busy banking and possessions litigation environment, working closely with experienced solicitors and partners.

Key responsibilities:

- Assisting with the management of a caseload of banking and possessions litigation matters

- Drafting and reviewing legal correspondence, pleadings, and related documentation

- Liaising with clients and counsel

- Conducting legal research as required

- Attending court as necessary

- Maintaining accurate file management and case records

- Meeting deadlines and reporting on progress to supervising solicitors

Requirements:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work diligently as part of a team and on one's own initiative

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

- Prior legal interim experience in a banking or financial services environment would be preferable
