JW O Donovan Solicitors LLP (incorporating Eamon Murray and Co), 27 South Mall, Cork are seeking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Legal Executive to join their Property Team dealing primarily with Housing Developments.

The role will involve:

- Dealing with JWOD’s developer clients

- All conveyancing work connected with the clients residential development schemes

- Direct client liaison and day to day file management

- Working closely with the client to maintain a high standard of service

The ideal candidate will have:

- 3+ years’ experience as a Legal Executive

- Experience in conveyancing

- A genuinely client focused mindset, with a friendly and professional manner

- Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to manage their own caseload and to meet deadlines, as well as being a good team player
