Reidy Stafford LLP is a busy practice based in Newbridge, Co Kildare. As part of the firm’s continuing growth, they are currently looking to recruit an experienced Litigation Legal Executive. The successful candidate will manage a busy caseload of litigation files from instruction to completion, working closely with solicitors and support staff.

Requirements and responsibilities:

- 3+ years’ experience working in litigation

- Familiarity with Injuries Resolutions Board

- Debt collection

- Preparing briefs

- Briefing Counsel to draft proceeding

- Familiarity with court documents and court procedure.

- Ability to manage case load and use own initiative.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Commitment to delivering outstanding client service.

- Ability to follow directions and work within a team environment.

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn to and develop
