Greenvolt Next Ireland Limited is seeking to recruit a Legal Counsel to join its team.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2+ years' post qualification experience in a commercial legal environment, either in private practice or in-house.
Knowledge of renewable energy, construction, infrastructure, engineering, or project development sectors is highly desirable.
Duties:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documentation.
- Working closely with the Head of Legal and members of the Senior Management Team on strategic business initiatives and key commercial projects.
