Abbey Law is a leading Dublin law firm specialising in immigration and human rights law.
They are seeking to recruit a talented and passionate person to join our team as a legal case worker.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting correspondence, submissions, and applications in immigration and human rights matters (under solicitor supervision)
• Managing complex client files and casework from initial instruction to resolution
• Preparing briefs, books of pleadings, and supporting documentation for High Court litigation
• Attending and assisting at hearings before Courts and Tribunals
• Maintaining the highest standards of client care and communication
• Conducting legal research and staying abreast of developments in immigration and human rights law.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a legal environment (experience in immigration/human rights law preferred)
• A relevant third-level legal qualification (LLB, BCL, or equivalent)
• Strong organisational skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in written work
• Proficiency in an additional language (desirable but not essential)
Remuneration and Benefits:
• Competitive salary range: €32,000 – €46,000, commensurate with experience
