Poe Kiely Hogan Lanigan LLP is a mid-sized, full-service law firm based in the heart of Kilkenny city. The firm is now recruiting a Solicitor to work on its specialist Immigration, Surrogacy and Pathways to Parenthood team. The role will involve working on fundamental rights cases spanning the areas of immigration, citizenship, surrogacy and donor assisted human reproduction law.

The role will involve applications to courts and administrative bodies in these areas, as well as public interest litigation involving recognition of parentage issues, based on constitutional law, public law and private international law and immigration judicial review cases.

The ideal candidate would have some experience working on immigration cases, judicial reviews and public interest litigation, and a keen interest in developing knowledge and working on surrogacy and human rights cases. Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) and pension contributions will be offered.
