The role will involve keeping up-to-date with the progress of each case being prepared for an inquiry, liaising with and instructing external legal advisers and assisting as required in the drafting and review of Notices of Inquiry, pleadings, grounding emergency interim suspension applications and sanction confirmation applications to the High Court.
