EY Law Ireland appoints Cormac Gilroy

EY Law Ireland has appointed Cormac Gilroy to lead its newly established banking and finance practice.

Gilroy brings extensive experience advising lenders, borrowers, and sponsors on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions.

He has worked across both private practice and in-house legal roles, with expertise in the property and development sectors. 

He will be based in EY’s Cork office.
