MHC platform aimed at life-sciences companies

Business law firm Mason Hayes & Curran (MHC) has launched a dedicated website that it says is aimed at helping life-sciences companies to stay “compliant and competitive”.

The website, called Capsule, addresses what MHC describes as “the growing complexity” facing life-sciences companies as they navigate evolving regulatory frameworks.

The platform provides sector-specific insights, regulatory updates, practical analysis, and details of upcoming events.

Updates on legislation

It also includes updates on emerging legislation and insights into regulatory requirements.

The platform covers six sectors: medical devices, pharmaceuticals, digital health, cosmetics, food, and chemicals.

Michaela Herron (MHC partner and head of life sciences) said that companies in the sector faced “an increasingly complex” regulatory environment, and the new initiative was aimed at providing “practical clarity” for businesses.
