Law firm Beauchamps has appointed three new partners and one ‘of counsel’ across three of its practice areas.
Beauchamps says that the appointments reflect its continued investment in areas of “significant client demand and strategic growth”.
The new partners are:
Wimpress advises entrepreneurs, founders, investors, and established businesses and has particular expertise in venture-capital and private-equity transactions.
Browne has extensive experience advising developers, institutional investors, and occupiers on a broad range of complex property transactions across all sectors.
Gorman advises individuals, families, trustees, and family offices on all aspects of wealth preservation, succession planning, and estate administration.
Beauchamps has also appointed Gergana Moran as ‘of counsel’ in its corporate practice.
She has more than 15 years’ experience of advising Irish and international businesses on a broad range of corporate and commercial issues.
Her expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, shareholder and investment agreements, cross-border transactions, corporate restructurings and reorganisations, joint ventures, and the negotiation of complex commercial contracts.
John White (managing partner) said that the appointments were part of the firm’s continued investment in areas where it saw “significant opportunities”.
“Venture capital and private equity, commercial real estate, and private-client services are all experiencing strong demand as Ireland's economy continues to evolve,” he stated.
