Arthur Cox launches corporate-services arm

Law firm Arthur Cox has appointed Fiona de Lacy is to head its newly launched corporate-services business.

The firm said that Arthur Cox Corporate Services Limited would provide director and corporate services across a wide range of structured-finance, securitisation, and aircraft-leasing transactions.

It added that the division’s managing director de Lacy brought extensive experience overseeing the delivery of corporate, director, accounting, and regulatory services.

She previously established and led the Irish corporate-services business at Walkers Ireland.

‘Integrated model’

Arthur Cox said that key members of de Lacy’s team had also joined the new business.

“The addition of this offering reflects the firm’s commitment to providing seamless, tailored, and multi-disciplinary solutions to clients,” de Lacy stated.

Aiden Small (partner, capital markets) said: “The integrated model of providing all relevant services within one organisation is a clear win for our clients.”

Managing partner Geoff Moore said that clients increasingly wanted integrated solutions that combined legal advice with execution-focused support.
