Beauchamps names new EU-procurement partner

Law firm Beauchamps has appointed Áine Smith as a partner in its EU-and-procurement team.

Smith, who is qualified in Ireland and Britain, has over 18 years' experience working in the area of EU procurement law, having advised public-sector and utility-sector clients across Ireland, Britain and internationally.

Beauchamps says that is has been growing over the past 24 months to support an expanding portfolio of client work.

Partner cohort rises to 41

In May, it appointed new partners in its public-and-regulatory and employment-and-benefits practices.

John White (managing partner) described Smith as “a leading procurement lawyer and an important addition to the EU-and-procurement team, as well as our public-sector and projects offering”.

Beauchamps now has 41 partners in our Dublin headquarters, and more than 200 staff.
