O’Flynn Exhams appoints corporate associate

Cork-based commercial-law firm O’Flynn Exhams LLP has appointed Laoise Kelleher as an associate in its corporate, commercial, and regulatory team.

Originally from Cobh, Kelleher graduated from UCC with a degree in Law and French before training in Dublin and qualifying as a solicitor in 2025.

She also spent a year in Australia, where she worked with the regulator responsible for employee health and safety.

Welcoming the appointment, Micheál Ó Mulláin (managing partner) said that the firm was continuing to invest in the calibre and breadth of expertise in the corporate, commercial, and regulatory practice as it continued to develop.

He added that Kelleher’s strong academic background and “invaluable” experience would help clients to navigate “an increasingly complex” commercial and regulatory environment.
