Watermarque in Silicon Docks changes hands

DWF's Real Estate team has advised Corum Eurion SCPI on its acquisition of the Watermarque Building, in Dublin's Silicon Docks, from Cedar Real Estate Investments ICAV.

The acquisition of the Watermarque Building, with occupiers including Pfizer, Google, and News UK & Ireland, is the largest asset investment for Corum Eurion SCPI to date.

The property sits at the crossroads of Bridge Street and South Lotts Road, and is the 24th acquisition for the fund, which has been operating for three years.

Financing

DWF real-estate partner Órlaith Molloy led the deal team advising on both the acquisition and financing.

The DWF  team has been advising the Corum XL fund in Britain for over two years, and has acted on the acquisition of 13 investment properties with a combined value of nearly £300m.
