Dublin County Registrar hearings are rescheduled

The Dublin Circuit Court has announced that some of the Dublin County Registrar Civil Motions List from

• 18 March
• 23 March
• 24 March

will be listed for hearing in Court 27 in Dublin 7, on Friday, 10 July, starting at 9:30 am.

The full list is available on the Courts Service website, along with detailed guidelines for those attending court.

Legal Diary

Lists for other dates will be published in due course, and practitioners are asked to check the Legal Diary regularly until the end of the term.

Arrangements are in place to ensure compliance with public health guidelines on social distancing.

Staggered

Staggered times have been allocated for practitioners to attend court for the hearing of these motions and all other subsequent hearings.

Practitioners are being asked to attend court only at their scheduled time.

The hearings will take place in accordance with public health and Courts Service guidelines.
