The Workplace Relations Commission has published its latest decisions and recommendations from 1 November to 15 November 2021.
November employment case law
The decisions and recommendations include:
- a claim for unfair dismissal following a purported resignation (Sales Assistant v Lighting showroom, ADJ-00028752),
- a claim of unfair dismissal following alleged unauthorised payments made by the complainant (Yvonne Cregan v Royal Masterpeace Ltd, ADJ-00033695), and
- a dispute over whether a complainant was an employee or engaged in a work experience arrangement (Vladlena Soltan v Shannons Solicitors, ADJ-00030508)
