Cabhru Housing Association
Cabhrú Housing Association is seeking to establish a Single Operator Framework Agreement for the provision of legal consultancy services associated with its development projects. Among other matters, services may be required in relation to leases, licences, construction and intrastructure projects and more.

The Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman aims to establish a multi-party Framework Agreement for Legal advisory services and related litigation services, to include statutory appeals, judicial review proceedings and enforcement actions.

Housing Agency
The Housing Agency is conducting a tender competition for the provision of legal services across three separate lots:
- Legal conveyancing services in respect of the acquisition of property by The Housing Agency across its relevant programmes.
- Legal conveyancing services for leasing of properties by local authorities and Legal Advice and practical assistance on Compulsory Purchase Order’s (CPO’s)
- Legal conveyancing services for the acquisition of land by The Housing Agency.

Waterways Ireland
Waterways Ireland proposes to establish a framework agreement for the provision of legal services to support the Human Resources Section. The legal services required are in relation to employees in Northern Ireland (NI) and the Republic of Ireland (ROI). Waterways Ireland wish to deal with only one primary point of contact for services provided under the framework agreement. Where the successful service provider proposes a consortium or similar grouping of service providers, they must provide one point of contact for initial instruction.
