E-Filing – registration process

Firms and legal offices can now register for the Courts Service’s e-filing pilot project.

Online Applications for Leave to Appeal

Solicitors’ firms and law offices of state bodies will be able to lodge Applications for Leave to Appeal in the Office of the Supreme Court electronically in cases where parties are legally represented.

Aside from applying for leave to appeal online, parties will be able to:

  • Upload relevant documents
  • Pay fees online
  • Upload Respondents Notice, and
  • Upload booklet of additional documents

Pre-registration

To use the service, firms or offices must first register on the Courts Service Online System (CSOL).
