Diploma in Insurance Law explores legal issues relating to personal and commercial insurances.

Learning outcomes

Join the 2024 offering of the Diploma in Insurance Law which covers key areas of interest such as personal and commercial insurance, liability issues, litigation, PIAB claims and the regulation of the insurance industry.

The course provides participants with an overview of the (re)insurance industry in Ireland and provide comprehensive coverage of all key issues relating to (re)insurance law and the litigation of insurance claims. It will examine insurance concepts and underline the importance of understanding key insurance documentation. It will ensure that participants are aware of the important legal issues relating to both personal and commercial insurances and the legal issues pertaining to claims.
