Special Criminal Court judges rotate
The Government at its meeting on 15 September made the following decisions:
- To move a judge of the High Court, Mr Justice Robert Eagar from the Special Criminal Courts (No 1) and (No 2) with effect immediately and,
- To appoint a judge of the High Court, Mr Justice Michael MacGrath, to Special Criminal Courts (No 1) and (No 2) with effect from 15 September.
