Dillon Eustace advises on block sale of 27 apartments
Dillon Eustace has advised Fiancon Builders on the €9.5 million sale of 27 apartments in phase two of Fawn Lodge development in Castleknock, Dublin, one of the largest transactions for Q1 this year.
Fiancon sold all the units to one buyer, Solas Property Fund. The 27 units make up one entire block of 23 apartments and four additional units distributed

In 2015-2016 Dillon Eustace also acted on behalf of Fiancon Builders Limited, as developer and vendor in the individual sales of all the apartments in the first phase.
