Dentons adds partners as Dublin office opens

The world’s largest law firm, Dentons, has officially opened its Dublin office and has also announced two new appointments.

Based at Joshua Dawson House in Dublin city centre, the team is being led by managing partner Eavan Saunders, who joined the firm earlier this year along with banking partner and chair Peter O'Brien.

Corporate partner Shane O'Donnell will also be joining shortly.

Two new partners

Dentons also announced two additions to its partner team.

Gareth Steen, who has been a partner at Mason Hayes & Curran LLP since 2016, has joined the business and, along with Eavan Saunders, will lead an insolvency restructuring and special situation team.

Maireadh Dale, who will join Dentons in January 2021, has been a partner at A&L Goodbody since 2000 and previously worked for Bank of Ireland.

Her experience includes aviation, corporate, and property and development financing. Dentons says she will work closely with Mr O’Brien to develop and enhance the firm’s banking business.
