The Courts Service has issued an update on the schedule for this year’s court conferences, with the national conference due to be held on Friday, 19 November.
The Courts Service says final confirmation of this date will be issued in due course.
No cases are to be listed in any court on that date, except where specifically instructed by the judiciary.
The Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and High Court conference will take place online on Thursday, 20 May, with no cases to be listed in any of these courts on that date.
The 2021 Circuit Court conference will now take place on Friday, 1 October, while a further District Court conference will take place on Friday, 24 September.
