Circuit Court conference date postponement
The Circuit Court conference will not now take place on Friday, 16 April.
It is proposed that the event will now take place the weekend commencing Friday, 1 October. Confirmation will issue in due course
No cases should be listed for any Circuit Court on Friday, 1 October 2021, save on the instruction of the judiciary.
Meanwhile, Mr Justice Bernard J Barton will retire from the High Court on Wednesday, 10 March. His last day of service will be Tuesday, 9 March.
Online tributes will be paid on that day at 10am.
