A&L Goodbody names ten partners in Dublin office

Ten new ALG partners for Dublin and Belfast

A&L Goodbody has announced the appointment of ten new partners today (19 January) – eight of them based in Dublin, and two in Belfast. The firm has also appointed one new of counsel, and 23 new associates. 

The new Dublin-based partners are: Louise Byrne (white-collar crime), Nicholas Cole (litigation), Mark Devane (financial regulation and investigations), David Fitzgerald (commercial property), Gillian McDonald (legal project management), Noeleen Meehan (employment), Robbie O’Driscoll (finance), and Brian O’Malley (restructuring and insolvency).

The new Belfast-based partners are: Christopher Jessup (finance) and Gregory Martin (commercial property).

Of counsel

The new of counsel is Deirdre Griffin (commercial property, Dublin).

Commenting on the appointments, Julian Yarr (managing partner) said: “Despite so much change and disruption, we continue to invest in our people, our client service and the future. I would like to congratulate our new partners, of counsel and associates who bring additional strength, depth and expertise to our client service.
