Boost your advocacy skills in five days with diploma

A new Diploma in Advocacy Skills is being offered to solicitors this autumn as a result of a joint collaboration between the Law Society’s Diploma Centre and the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA).

NITA is the leading provider of legal advocacy skills training in the US. Its advocacy trainers alongside Irish subject-matter experts will use dynamic interactive teaching methods to lead participants through this five-day course.

Sessions are geared towards all skill levels and areas of advocacy.

Unique

The unique learning-by-doing method will utilise the purpose-built, mock courtroom at Blackhall Place, where participants will be guided through key applications and motion hearings in four fundamental areas of practice.

These include family law, employment, insolvency and banking enforcement.
