The Law Society EU & International Affairs Committee will hold a seminar this autumn.
Entitled ‘Ireland and the EU – An Opportunity for Influence’ the discussion will examine threats to the rule of law and adopting a common sense approach to tech regulation.
The seminar will be held on Tuesday, 22 September and the location is the Presidents’ Hall in Blackhall Place, at 1 pm.
Law Society president Rosemarie Loftus will give a welcome address at 1.30 pm, followed by an introduction by Law Society Director General Mark Garrett.
The keynote address will be from Judge Nicolas Guillou of the International Criminal Court.
