The committee will also welcome Alexandra Koutoglidou (head of unit, European Commission, DG Trade) and Anne Barrett (Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment) who will explore FDI (foreign direct investment) rules and changes to Ireland’s third-country screening legislation with committee chair Philip Andrews SC.
Mark Browne (partner Clerkin Lynch) will also illuminate the EU's Savings and Investments Union.

The Business Law Committee describes the event as "a unique opportunity for the audience to discuss and debate with the top experts and thought leaders in the field".
