Investors in Diversity Gold award for RDJ

Law firm RDJ has been awarded Investors in Diversity Gold accreditation – the highest accreditation awarded by the Irish Centre for Diversity, which makes awards to organisations for equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI).

The award recognises RDJ’s “sustained and authentic commitment to embedding equality, diversity, and inclusion across all areas of the firm”.

RDJ is one of just 41 organisations in Ireland to achieve the status.

RDJ people and culture director Fionnuala Power described the award as “an important milestone” for the firm and a strong endorsement of the work being done to foster an inclusive, respectful and supportive workplace.

The centre’s assessment highlighted the firm’s “clear and measurable” action to address gender imbalance, strong senior‑level ownership and accountability, and a genuine commitment to dignity and respect in everyday workplace culture.

Caroline Cummins (managing director, Irish Centre for Diversity) said that RDJ’s move from bronze to silver to gold status reflected “real intent, real action, and a real sense of belonging across the organisation”.
