Three nominated for Circuit Court posts
The Government has nominated three District Court judges for appointment by President Connolly to the Circuit Court.
The three nominated are:
- Judge Alec Gabbett,
- Judge Paula Murphy, and
- Judge Cephas Power.
Under constitutional practice, the president makes judicial appointments on the advice of the Government.
